We care about our Resident Families, and throughout the year sponsor programs for children as well, such as After School Program by The Josh Howard Foundation and lunch program during the summer and many more!

For the convenience of our Residents, routine requests for maintenance requests can be complete online! Just click the "Service Request" button from the "Home" page, fill in all the required information.

Please allow 48 - 72 hours for completion of all NON-EMERGENCY maintenance requests.

For EMERGENCY service requests (such as A/C, heating, flood, fire, or no electricity), please call 9-1-1 first (if appropriate) then call our main phone line, 972-336-0022, and select OPTION 3 were you will leave a description of the problem and your contact information for our on-call staff who will return your call immediately and are available 24/7 to resolve any EMERGENCY situation.
