  1.       Throughout the year we sponsor presentations such as "Home Buyers Education"and "Home Buying Down Payment Assistance" to support your goals for continued progress toward fulfilling your dreams! We care about our Resident Families, and throughout the year sponsor programs for children as well, such as After School Program by The Josh Howard Foundation and lunch program during the summer and many more!

Located in Tarrant County, our community is within walking distance of two outstanding Arlington Independent School District (AISD) schools: Crouch Elementary and Anderson Elementary schools.  We  have convenient school bus service for intermediate and high schools - Carter Middle School & Sam Houston High both located in Arlington, Texas. Carl Knox park is located nearby and features a soccer field, basketball court, 2 jungle gyms, and a pond.​

The following attractions are located within 10 miles or less of the Timber Oaks Apartment Homes community: Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Ballpark, Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags Over Texas, Lone Star Park, Verizon Theatre, Uptown Theatre, Arlington Highlands, and the Parks Mall.  The newest attraction in close proximity is Epic Waters the water park to enjoy even when its cold outside.

Service Requests​

For the convenience of our Residents, routine requests for maintenance requests can be complete online! Just click the "Service Request" button from the "Home" page, fill in all the required information.

Please allow 48 - 72 hours for completion of all NON-EMERGENCY maintenance requests.

​

For EMERGENCY service requests (such as A/C, heating, flood, fire, or no electricity), please call 9-1-1 first (if appropriate) then call our main phone  line,  972-336-0022, and select OPTION 3 were you will leave a description of the problem and your contact information for our on-call staff who will return your call immediately and are available 24/7 to resolve any EMERGENCY situation.
